A letter to incoming ministers

Three commitments that shape every class

It is a privilege to prepare men and women for the work of the gospel. If ministers are to be equipped well, several commitments are essential — and they are not optional at this College.

First, we emphasise the teaching of Scripture. Our classes are Bible-based and give students the opportunity to saturate in the Word of God. Ministry that does not flow from the Book will not last.

Second, we emphasise the anointing. The power of signs and wonders has never been more needed than in today’s world. We need more than human information; we desperately need the power of the Spirit.

Third, this College offers hands-on training. Calling is confirmed in practice. If you are called into ministry, this is a faithful place to receive the preparation you will need.

How the Principal forms students

Word, Spirit, and field

Information alone is not enough for this generation. Every class is meant to form a minister who can preach, pray, and serve.

01

The Word

Bible-based classes that form preachers, teachers, and shepherds who can open Scripture with clarity and conviction.

02

The Spirit

Room for the anointing — not a classroom of information alone. Students are trained to wait on God as they study.

03

The field

Practical ministry that prepares you for church, community, and mission — the work that confirms the call.
